Buster's Southern Pit BBQ is your place for some of the South's finest smoked meats. We use local pecan wood and a low n' slow smoking process. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Typically open 7 days. We're family-friendly but have adult beverages, draught & individually bottled beers, and mixed drinks (not included in Itex purchases).
Because of the way we smoke our meats (14-15 Hours) and the skyrocketing food costs we are forced to make changes in our Itex accepting procedure. We have become popular in the Itex community and though appreciative of that, we are going to need to exclude meat by the pound purchasing. Itex will only be accepted on individual plates (including sandwiches, platters, nachos, potatoes, non-alcoholic drinks, salads, breakfast, appetizers).
Transactions are Limited to $50 Unless the transaction is approved prior to purchase.
We will continue to do catering on a case-by-case basis. This must be done over email with Lynette or Ben @ Bustersbbq59@gmail.com . When you send an email “Itex Catering” must be in the subject line.
Bulk purchases will require prior communication with Lynette or Ben and a written notice or an email discussing the approved transaction must accompany the transaction when an Itex Member picks up at the restaurant if your transaction is beyond the rules stated above.
